WORKSHOPS

Japanese cuisine workshops have been our area of activity since 2007, and in total, over 400 workshops have been organized. The goal is to make the workshops both entertaining and informative, as our chefs have lived in Japan themselves, and have also studied culture/language as part of their university education. We are big fans of Japan in general. Additionally, we have experience in restaurant management – Sushimoni operated a restaurant in the center of Tallinn for 10 years. Currently, we offer sushi on Muhu Island during summers, at Liiva Food Street, and the rest of the time, we are based in Tallinn, providing catering and workshops. 

What are our Japanese cuisine workshops?

Our Japanese cuisine workshops are very diverse – ranging from sushi workshops (1h-5h) to more general Japanese cuisine workshops. The shorter workshops are great for team events or birthdays. The 1-hour workshops are ideal for children's birthdays or as an entertaining and food-related addition to company events. Additionally, we offer sales-oriented sushi training, where restaurants or home chefs can gain knowledge to start their sushi business.

Venue

Japanese cuisine workshops can be organized both in Tallinn and elsewhere, in venues chosen by the client or in our premises at Tartu maantee 84a, Tallinn (90€ + VAT) Fahle parkThere are no significant restrictions on the number of participants.
